Audio Data

When you use AudioBolo to transcribe audio, your voice recordings are temporarily processed to generate text transcriptions. Audio data is:

• Processed in real-time and not permanently stored on our servers
• Sent to OpenAI's Whisper API for transcription (subject to OpenAI's privacy policy)
• Deleted immediately after transcription is complete

Account Information

If you create an account, we collect:

• Email address
• Authentication credentials (securely hashed)
• Usage statistics (transcription count, API usage)

Transcription History

Your transcription history is stored securely and encrypted. You can delete your transcription history at any time through the application settings.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain our transcription service
• Process your voice recordings into text
• Manage your account and provide customer support
• Monitor usage to prevent abuse and ensure fair use
• Improve our services and develop new features

Data Security

Data Retention

We retain your account information and transcription history for as long as your account is active. Audio recordings are processed in real-time and are not stored. You may delete your account at any time, which will result in the deletion of all associated data within 30 days.

AudioBolo is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
